Residential Services
Customers wishing to establish Thacker-Grigsby telephone service should fill out an application in the business office located at 60 Communications Lane or online via our web application. A $35.00 deposit and a $15.00 installation fee will be required at this time. If jacks are required, a fee of $25.00 for the first jack and $15.00 for each additional jack will be applied. After the application is complete and the installation fee and deposit received, the customer will be in service in 3 – 5 business days if no construction is needed.
Additional Charges
- Phone Rental – $2.00 per month
- Caller ID Phone Rental – $2.50 per month
- Additional Listings – $0.50 per month
- 900, 3rd Party and Collect Blocks – Free
- Unlisted Number – $10 one-time fee / $1.50 per month
This service is only offered in Knott County.
